That's me.
Anyway the story. I learnt to first use photoshop 8 years ago while on work experience. It then went from making silly animated gifs to photo correction for loved ones.
With this continued love for creating any kind of '1000 word picture' I soon took on web development. HTML static pages were something that did inspire me but they ultimatly lacked jazz.
Enter Oxford Brookes University...
Headed for university on the 'Business and Information Systems' course (half business, half ICT to you and I). I continued to take the love for ICT further, with programming and practical sessions gaining my best marks within the course. Within the second half of university I took as many modules related to media, programming and web design as I could, leading me into some excellent modules such as Graphics and Animation, Internet Commerce Technology and Multimedia Applications to name a few. I embarked on my first PHP and MySQL driven website (Andys Antiques) and a media related website (bigbite).
My love for the entire web culture continues to grow as I also expand my technical and graphics skills every day in my full time Web Developer role at a local company.
