iPad compatable!
YouTube have released a beta version of their embedd code which I am using below. It allows users to carry over any settings they have applied with YouTube (including HTML5), so iPad users are not left behind. It also will eventually enable these embedded videos to work on mobile devices. For more info on this check out YouTube's blog post.
